and your wife felling! You should forgive her past, not just judge her, cuz she was your wife, and you guys have love and understanding for a long time,  not just base on if she was a virgin,or not!!just trust her, and you and your wife will have nice family and further, honestly, to be a man, and you really need to show your respect for women!
